Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Cyber City Technology, the operator of Tribalink. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them.

Who can use Tribalink

You must be 18 or older, or old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. You must verify your identity with your own NIN. One person may hold one account, and you may not create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you are not.

Your profile

Your name and photo come from your verified NIN record and cannot be changed. Your state of origin, LGA and tribe are chosen once and are permanent. Giving false information, or using another person's identity, can lead to your account being removed.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for what you post and send. You must not post or share anything that is unlawful, hateful towards any tribe or group, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights. Do not harass other members, spread spam, or try to break or misuse the service. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us permission to host, display and share it inside Tribalink so the service can work.

Show Love, wallet and withdrawals

• You can top up your wallet by card. The card processing fee is added on top of the amount you choose, so your wallet receives the full amount you asked for.
• Show Love is a paid gift you can send to creators. Once sent, it cannot be refunded.
• Creators can withdraw their Show Love earnings to their own bank account. Money you add yourself is for spending in the app and cannot be withdrawn.
• The bank account must be in your verified name. A small bank transfer fee is taken from the amount you withdraw, and you see it before you confirm. Minimum and daily withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the app.
• We may pause withdrawals to investigate suspected fraud or misuse.

Subscriptions

Some features may need a paid subscription after a free trial. Prices and what is included are shown in the app before you pay.

Suspending or ending accounts

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or the law. You can deactivate your account in Settings at any time.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Tribalink running and safe, but the service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from your use of the service, content posted by other members, or events outside our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and we will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
