2. Who Can Use Tribalink
You must be at least 13 years old. Nigerian identity is not required to join, but cultural respect is.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and to safeguard your account credentials.
4. Community Standards
Hate speech, tribal incitement, harassment, and disrespect of any cultural group are strictly prohibited.
5. Content Ownership
You own the content you post. You grant Tribalink a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service.
6. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information.
7. Intellectual Property
Tribalink trademarks, logos and app code remain the property of Tribalink Inc.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitations of Liability
Tribalink is provided ‘as is’. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; we’ll notify you in-app of material changes.
